“Hi Hucka D.”

Hucka D.:

Hello.

bb:

Is the SL novel or novella a good idea? Just popped into my head after I woke up tonight.

Hucka D.:

Marvelous idea. Who will be the star?

bb:

I suppose Baker Bloch will be the star, or the main character. Baker Blinker will at first appear like a love interest, but eventually both will realize they are two aspects of one *user*. All else could revolve around that.

Hucka D.:

Will I be in it?

bb:

Of course. You can help me write it, even, if you wish.

Hucka D.:

Oh, that would be fun. But it’s your project.

bb:

And Smithy and SF and Grassy and Gene Fade could all be in it. Also the Mmmmmm’s.

Hucka D.:

I think it should be set… well, I’ll let…

bb:

I think it should be partially set at the Temple of TILE.

Hucka D.:

Yeah, right.

bb:

There also has to be a mystery involved… of course, The Arab! The energy source.

Hucka D.:

I think it comes from Mythos. Grassy, of course, will want to star in the movie version of the book. He’ll want to play Baker Bloch.

bb:

Hmmmmm… that would be odd! So let’s hash out some of the plot tonight. The Arab mysteriously materializes out of thin air at the recently re-constructed Temple of TILE, now integrated with Edna’s gallery (Gallery at The Temple of TILE). Baker Bloch is sent to investigate. He discovers the particle emitting sphere fitted into the square opening of the ship. He immediately connects it to the ship found in the Ross Sea of SL. He wonders if it is the same ship, especially when finding that broken tv underneath it that originally came from the Ross Sea ship. He finds a filing cabinet in the middle of the subway directly underneath the ship — nothing in it… *yet*. He then ascends the spiral walkway to… no, the temple and the new gallery are gone!

Hucka D.:

No. The pictures talk to him.

bb:

Ok, we’ll go with that. So the temple and the gallery are still there. But the pictures talk to him. He sees figures within them. They start to turn into *collages*. Yes!

Hucka D.:

Where does he see the first figure appear? I vote for Klutzy’s room. Bear that shouldn’t be there. Egan the bear. Ben. Ben.

bb:

Alright, that sounds fine. One of Klutzy’s photos, then. Perhaps the Grandfather bear is incredibly found in Glacier Park instead.

Hucka D.:

You go into that photo as well. You go to Glacier National Park. Rubideaux Creek and Spring. You are there at Grizzly. What do you do there? Well, you enter Glacier National Park from the west. But you don’t.

bb:

Then Baker Blinker comes to find out what happened to Baker Bloch and sees *him* within the collage. But he moves around the collage — she’s about to leave when she notices he’s changed positions within what she then realizes is an animated collage. After all, Baker Bloch is in a number of pictures in the last series [Hidalgo].

Hucka D.:

Indeed.

*****

bb:

Hucka D., what if Baker Bloch doesn’t encounter a bear but instead *Mossman*, played, of course, in the projected movie version by Gene Fade.

****

bb:

I’m going to list out the players:

Baker Bloch
Baker Blinker
Hucka Doobie (Hucka D.)
Esbum Michigan
Gene Fade (Mossman)
Grassy Noll (Salad Bar Jack/Verdy)
T-Bonz?
Edna Blinker?
Other Mmmmmm’s (Cherry, Berry, etc.)?

Hucka D.:

What about Smithy and SF?

bb:

Yeah, sure. I could film it, even, at the Kerchal Forest in part. I still have a rental unit there.

(to be continued?)
