First and Second Life at least.

“I think… July 11, 2012

“… I may be settled in, Hucka D.”

Hucka D.:

You have found Philo. First rising of the Ancient Ancients. Directly related to Hilo and also philosophy, like a change of philosophy from Pietmond philosophy, or a philosophy of TILE.

bb:

Thanks Hucka D. I think this is where I settle down.

Hucka D.:

The Table is waiting again. Create your map, or re-create it I mean.

—–

bb:

Well, I can’t find my notebook to scan the page, but this one involves Marty again, and Lemmon. The Beetles, in other words.

Hucka D.:

He is once more excited. He knows this will trace more history of The Beetles in Lemon World. Ancient Rising.

bb:

And something I obviously need to think about as well, Hucka. WES… the city is no more. The place where The Beetles started performing in West End of Jeogeot continent. What I even saw winter before last was a shell of a place that went on before.

—–

“But somehow the owner,”

—–

“I need to talk to Marty more about their days in WES. All The Beetles missed Johnny.”

Hucka D.:

WES is where Johnny fell. Like Duncan Falls.

—–

“This is where he was attacked by maybe not one but two individuals. But which turned out to be one.”

Marty:

This is the place. WES. I was raised in that house with the door ajar. But it was a larger WES than you visited. More like the one with the Sternberg, and indeed, indeed, this is…

bb:

Like this place.

Hucka D.:

Correct. The owner of WES…

bb:

Valin Frye.

Hucka D.:

Correct. Is…was inviting Marty to his MASH club.

bb:

But it doesn’t look like Valin is still around in Second Life — can’t find in search.

Marty:

That is the one.

bb:

Owner of 9.13.

Marty:

That was the club that separated The Beetles and The Beatles with an A.

Lemmon:

Peewee. BIG.

Marty:

We had to re-create Lemmon as a Frankenstein’s Monster, George Harris’ Son, Ingor and I. Love the 3 Beetles. Miss you miss you.

Hucka D.:

At MASH, which was not in Winchester (sim) but at Roostre’s Castle, we… they… took the yellow submarine into the Valley of Nye to find the Eye of Rye. Maybe the Ear of Beer. But definitely the Nose of Rose.

bb:

Elephant’s nose. So the whole Corsica continent is Mars in this instance.

Hucka D.:

Nautilus continent was designed as an Ancient Rising. (pause) There are also clues in Leemington and Yelloo.

bb:

Boo Too? Schweet and Secret Smile [to end UM]?

Marty:

Roostre.

bb:

Did you take drugs at Roostre’s Castle?

Marty:

We saw The Table, future to past. RS7. R110.* He had it on his wall.

There’s The Man! No, not him. Him!

More here:

bb:

Does Rooster have something to do with this?

Hucka D.:

Yes!

bb:

Blue and red at once. Rooster Teeth… Rooster Springs. Man/Woman. Don/Ozmo.

Hucka D.:

Yes.

bb:

Q109 and R110. Rule 110.

Hucka D.:

RS7.

bb:

15 Step.

Hucka D.:

Pixellation.

*****

bb:

15 Step has to do with the elimination of the Abomination as a threat. Does this mean that Hilo Peak and the Ancients are restored to their original power? Uriginal?

Hucka D.:

Rooster was a part of R110, whose mission was to destroy the Abomination and what it stood for, which was actually the Linden grid. The beta version. Second Life. Alpha version was not so much a threat.

bb:

Rooster… who was both red and blue at once. Perhaps equally, making him…

Hucka D.:

Fuchsia. Diamond. 30 and 32.

bb:

Rooster knows B. Hayes, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

You better end.

The thought was echoing in Baker Bloch’s head at the time: Rooster knows B. Hayes.

A very red, central room for meetings of some sort in the peninsula’s castle. Red like a rooster I realize in retrospect.* Meetings related to R110 by chance??

Portrait of a saddled yet riderless horse in the same, open space. Who is the rider? Has he yet to mount? Or has he been thrown by chance, perhaps just out of the picture’s range? And, given the red saddle, is it Ruustre’s horse?

The castle has many mysterious passages, reminding Baker Bloch of the central castle of Fishers Rigg at the time. Here Baker actually falls several stories into an otherwise closed area after exploring a side passage off from the red meeting room pictured above.

Baker Bloch has not explored the full range of the castle by any means. That *means*: more soon!

What Minecraft Can Teach Second Life and OpenSim — and How to Play Second Life, Minecraft Style

Out & About, 01 July 23, 2011

Seascape west of Ruuster’s Peninsula, as I’m calling it in this blog. Is this a place of potential mythological importance to said blog?

Nearby, substantial forested area in Molvena, just below this peninsula. Another attraction to perhaps renting land in the area.

Then a pic from a nightclub on the peninsula itself called “MASH”, I believe, that seems to have resonance to some deeper themes of the Baker Blinker Blog, such as the idea of carrcasses and shut. Connected with this, and perhaps not coincidentally I might add, the sea to the southwest of Ruuster’s Peninsula lies within a grid of sims with names coming from M*A*S*H TV show characters such as Hawkeye, Potter, Trapper, and a good number more.

Maebaelia now: Crabwoo “double” in Maklovar as described in this post.

More of same.

Quickly moving now to Sansara and its central, newly updated Sea of Fables, Baker is surprised to run into the Neptune statues first seen in Nautilus City in a rather randomly picked place to teleport within.

View from a porch located in a walled, urban area of Helvellyn, part of the East River Community. Baker doesn’t think he’s going to be renting here now, though.

Chilbo and the site of Baker’s former rental on the west edge of town, currently an open air art gallery of sorts. I believe Baker has now ruled out renting here again as well.

Another potential rental parcel on the northern slopes of the Finsteraahorn sink of upper Maebaleia.

The still wonderful Forest of Kahruvel near the oldest parts of Second Life on the Sansara continent. Baker stands on the islet in the northeast corner of Rodeo which has such a rich story to tell for so small a virtual piece of real estate.

More Kahruvel.

I guess… July 14, 2011

… I knew I’d always come back here: Ruuster’s Castle. To reopen the mystery of R110.

Hucka D.:

And Ruuster’s peninsula.

bb:

Thank you Hucka D. Nice to see you… um, be speaking with you again.

Hucka D.:

Carrcass-5 is coming to a close. But you know now that there will be a series of Carrcasses extended from this one both backwards and forwards. This is escape from Your Second Lyfe, baker b.

bb:

At least the land obligation.

Hucka D.:

So you’re going to live in the Ruuster Coop?

bb:

Dunno Hucka D. May be a trap.

Hucka D.:

Of course it’s a trap. But it’s perched atop the Valley of Nye extending Coast to Coast. And you must still pay attention to that.

bb:

There’s a hint of the R110 mystery in Carrcass-5, I believe, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

The spider-baby.

Roamings… August 2, 2010

Ol’ Biking Baker revisits what he originally thought was the highest point of Jeogeot in Yalu, near the eastern edge of Sunklands. Now he knows the highest point, the so called Mt. Jeogeot, is most likely in Noul a number of sims further east.

The big “Freakies tree” is still there, but the colorful grove of smaller trees that may have represented vegetative forms of the Freakies themselves, is gone. Is this actually where Bossmoss, perhaps the brother of Gene Fade The Mossman, lived? Or — maybe — is Bossmoss another *avatar* of the real Gene Fade of Frank Park, as Hucka D. has claimed about both Karoz Blogger and Bracket Jupiter. What odd thoughts I sometimes have!

Baker Bloch in The Measure sim again. I’m writing this a number of days after visiting — I believe at the time Baker Bloch and family were contemplating a move back to Yd Island…

Yes, here’s another snapshot from Yd Island of a nicely textured stream that quickly empties into the sea surrounding the island after forming.

Back on Jeogeot, and not far north of Noru in Chieut — actually the sim directly north of Noru — Baker, while biking around the extended neighborhood one night, finds this very dense, very regimented grove of trees located in a shallow gorge, a mixture of winter pines and fall oaks. Might be a part of some obstacle course, but Baker can’t quite figure it all out that night, and I haven’t been back since. I’ll put it on my ta do list.

We’re now back on the Nautilus continent, but far north of Yd Island at the southwest extremity of that landmass, on the northern border itself. The castle towering above Biking Baker here is the one that Hucka D. claims is actually Ruuster’s castle. I’ll attempt to say more on that soon, because it represents yet another confusing subject that I don’t have time to clarify right now.

Again on Jeogeot, this is a cave next to what we’ve identified as Mt. Jeogeot in Noul. Baker thought it worthy of a snapshot at the time.

At the lower end of Jeogeot’s Korean Channel in very green, rolling hills of southern Xilted. Baker’s just hopping around tonight, apparently, revisiting old hangouts.

Interesting window view of Xilted from a bordering rental unit.

New-ish viewing park in Lordshore just west of Xilted, created sometime after my initial visits to the Korean Channel in spring/summer 2009. And now there’s a huge bridge spanning part of the lower piece of this channel, probably 400-500 meters long or so. Another report I’ve added to my ta do list.

Old structures in Noru, since deleted. The Blue Feather Gallery now sits on the ground instead of the Edwardston Station Gallery (right), with the Big E (left) now “inside” that gallery. Things change so quickly in SL!

“I think… July 1, 2010

… it’s a focus issue, Hucka D.”

Hucka D.:

The Ratcliff-Bracket connection links Rubi to Corsica, but Jeogeot is left out of the loop. What do you know about that continent now? Can you summarize? It’s your biggest Your Second Lyfe project, after all. Sunklands was large…

bb:

Led to Carrcass-3, as Carrcass-2 also had to do with Jeogeot, more with Chilbo and its past as Chilbol in the Chilbol-Norum axis.

Hucka D.:

You’re trapped in Rubi, whatever. You know that. Your only option there is to reduce to a 3072 from a 4096. But I wouldn’t recommend it. Keep the 4 colors in the air. 4-in-1. TILE.

bb:

So if I want to make a bigger change, it has to be in Noru.

Hucka D.:

Chilbo is tier challenged right now. Has to focus more internally. The old Norum-Chilbol axis cannot be fully understood or grasped. Best to leave now while you can.

bb:

I could simply buy my old land there. Next to Olando’s.

Hucka D.:

An option. You still…

bb:

I know… I got sidetracked. We did. Well, let’s start with that old Norum-Chilbol axis, then.

Hucka D.:

Like Old Sarum to Salisbury, England. Quite close, yet separate. Past-present. (pause) Even if you leave Noru, Sapphire’s house will remain. On what was once thought of as the highest point on the continent — another Mt. Jeogeot if you will.

bb:

I’ll have to look over all the Jeogeot related posts soon.

Hucka D.:

You can’t leave. Remember Wazob.

bb:

You sound like Ruuster! One second I have to leave and then the next I *can’t* leave.

Hucka D.:

But you have to.

bb:

Leave?

Hucka D.:

Stay. Leave. Both, maybe. Yes, both.

bb:

What’s left to explore of the Jeogeot-Wazob connection?

Hucka D.:

Red and blue.

bb:

Is that Ruuster’s peninsula, Hucka D.? As I suspected?

Hucka D.:

As you suspected. Suspected?

bb:

Split. The energy once shared between Ruuster’s peninsula and Comma Islands has been separated.

Hucka D.:

Eye of Rye. In the void. Valley of the Nye.

bb:

Art Bell sounds a whole heck of a lot like Space Ghost, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Bleedthrough. Points to third.

bb:

The Bill also extended Coast to Coast, through Diamond. 3 of them which were actually 1[ of them].

Hucka D.:

Shine on!

bb:

Let’s put up a map where the Valley of the Nye may have been. Conjecture.

Hucka D.:

Shiny!

bb:

OK.

*****

bb:

And it’s Valley of Nye, not Valley of the Nye. I don’t think.

Hucka D.:

A key question, off to the side a bit still, remains: where is the Ear of Beer? Or Bear?

bb:

To back up, and for the reader(s), Eye of Rye apparently is the same as the highest tip of what we’ve been calling Ruuster’s peninsula, and where I met the owner of the castle that sits atop that tip now just last night.

Hucka D.:

Nice woman. But it’s really Ruuster. R110.

bb:

We’ll return to that I’m sure. Then you have the Comma Islands to the north of Eye of Rye, and then, between them, this Valley of Nye that’s now empty or voided.

Hucka D.:

A chasm. A trench really. Deepest at point nearer Eye of Rye. On the bottom are colonies of long tube worms, among other things.

bb:

But some say… sorry once more.

Hucka D.:

But some say at the deepest point it has no bottom. Or it goes from one side of Second Life to another.

bb:

Like the Blackmount Rabbit Hole[, then].

Hucka D.:

Something like that. But there was something different about the Valley of Nye.

bb:

Something Lost?

Hucka D.:

Yes! Maybe, I mean. And, absolutely not!

bb:

Then something was there.

Hucka D.:

No!

bb:

*That’s* the hole the King of the Stans found.

Hucka D.:

You don’t go in there without a reason. Crop circles.

bb:

Eye of Rye.

Hucka D.:

And Ear of Beer. Don’t forget the Ear.

bb:

What about Nose of Rose?*

Hucka D.:

That’s just silly[ talk].

bb:

Riiiight.

Hucka D.:

But it’s not at all silly. Because it happened. I was there.

bb:

Show us your snapshots, then.

Hucka D.:

Not yet. Later. But I already have.

bb:

You’re saying the yellow submarine, the Beatles’ yellow submarine, or the Beatles from that movie, explored the Valley of the Nye.

Hucka D.:

I’m saying they were there, Marty and Lemon. And The Bill. That’s where they met The Bill. Lemon liked him, Marty was indifferent. Lemon wanted to shake things up for the Beetles. So he directed them into this valley. The new Sunklands. Black and blue.

bb:

We should probably end soon. Do they enter the Valley of the Nye through the Ear of Beer?

Hucka D.:

All these things, these places, are real. Nose of Rose… you’ve already been there. It’s not a blue world any longer.

bb:

So you’re saying… OK, we better end.

Hucka D.:

Go back to Eye of Rye and poke around. You have permission, after all.

bb:

Thanks.
