First and Second Life at least.

(joined in progress)

“Well they’ll have to rebuild the temple at some point.”

bb:

Season 3, I’m thinking.

Hucka D.:

And the pod: that’ll become super important in season 3.

bb:

Maybe it will just appear in the upper level of the new cathedral, to the mystification of all. They’ll say it’s from Satan. His Doing.

Hucka D.:

Inside, the person, true, will unite with Pluto. But the planet and not the Greek deity.

bb:

So Pluto is represented by the top porthole.

Hucka D.:

It *is* [the top] porthole.

bb:

Is this… well, I was going to ask…

Hucka D.:

Not really a goodmobile.

bb:

Hmm…. lemme see. What of the Quad Towers?

Hucka D.:

Needed apts. for the growing town. Along with the slum apts. next to downtown, but they’ll soon be converted to a gallery. SoSo. Or has that already happened?

bb:

Not yet! [if it does] Will avatars come from outside that want to live in Pietmond now?

Hucka D.:

Yes. The series will end with new avatars immigrating in. Pietmond’s growth is secure once more. It will live on.

bb:

In season 2, I suppose it is discovered that Crabwoo is not the sister town of Pietmond. Instead Teepot becomes this, of course.

Hucka D.:

Same thing happens in the series that happened in real, virtual life: Crabwoo’s sidewalks are pulled up, Dazed and Confused moves. Crabwoo basically becomes no more. A null. This affects Chilbo as well, at least from your perspective.

bb:

I have a feeling Chilbo doesn’t need to be in the series.

Hucka D.:

It will be mentioned.

bb:

Perhaps Peter will climb into the pod and go to Pluto somehow, site of the Ancients. He will go to cartoonland.

Hucka D.:

He will find out what is really behind the ESBUM carrcass. He will indeed see Plutonians. He will beam into a dorm room. They will have been looking for that pod. They lost it, man.

bb:

It’s all ending. The town will hang the Oblong series in the middle of town, in the new slum apts., and… re-create SoSo. It will all be complete, then.

Hucka D.:

It ends with the whole town walking the labyrinth, all 27 of ’em. Like in your picture you’ve subsequently deleted. Why don’t you put it back.

bb:

I’ll think about it. So… what of Teepot?

Hucka D.:

Teepot will live on. It is the new focus.

bb:

So you’re saying Pietmond will die out now.

Hucka D.:

Yes. The eastern side of Jeogeot must become the focus. Pietmond has done all it can. Sapphire was right: Yeot is the real deal, and Aotearoa is a shadow. That’s why they act in unison. Action, reaction.

bb:

Not sure I really believe that.

Hucka D.:

Oh believe it.

bb:

Will Teepot even be in the Pietmond series? Or will it have its own series — how exciting if so (!)

Hucka D.:

Teepot *could* have its own series. Starting now. But it will be, could be more of a sitcom. Like AfterMASH.

bb:

I even have a start: the man avatar who owns the central house logs in one day and finds the town rezzed around him. He im’s the owner, Baker Bloch, and say, “Hoo lowie! That’s one amazing creation! Glad to be a part of it,” and so on. Baker Bloch writes back and compliments the chess board in his yard. Scene shifts to Jasper the Rook perched atop the Rookwood Cottage. Listening in. Camera getting closer. Superimposed Jasper The Rook and rook piece behind him. Camera plays with juxtaposition until Jasper is same length as between the two black rooks of the board in the background. We switch to the Jasper 03 collage, with the rook piece and rook bird. It will be more of an abstract collage. Someone is listening in from the outside. They tune into the Blue Feather Gallery next, just moving down Blue Jay Way. 3 channels, 3 floors. This is the whole of the continent, condensed. House Greenup is another signal. We see Baker Bloch moving on the plane of the Greenup Valley, midpoint, at the jigsaw piece turn of the stream. He sits down, watches the water. He looks back up at the viewer, understands that he is being watched, understands that he was *placed* here. Then sudden scene change: a knock on the door. It is in real life and not Second Life, but it is understood that the house is the same as the central house of Teepot somehow. It’s the police, no, it’s *me*, baker b. And the man inside is the one who developed the chessboard. He invites me in. The wife is in the kitchen and we are introduced. We all sit down; tea has already been prepared. Hold on…

Hucka D. (continuing):

Then zooming in to the teapot. Closer, closer, and we are hovering above the town again.

bb:

OK.

Hucka D.:

It’ll take some time in the series — or film — to get all of what is said at that important meeting. It’s not a chess game they’re playing. Not scrabble. Not even Go, perhaps. It’s the game of Jeogeot. Somehow. (pause)

bb:

Hold on, then.

*****

bb:

Pietmond will shrink and Teepot will stay the same.

*****

Sapphire:

Perfection is in the eastern half. My half. Noz helped so much with the taming of the west, but you can only do so much. Because of The Rift. Study The Rift, baker b. Keep the TILE Cathedral but delete all around.

Teepot, Pietmond

“Nother overhead view of Teepot. Since taking these pictures, the Blue Feather Gallery (center, left) has been moved to Pietmond, leaving a vacant lot in the wake. The Yeot pool is in the background, which Hucka D. has very recently stated is called Gong. Just Gong and not Gong Pond or Pool or something. Gong.

Teepot, with House of Truth in the foreground.

Teepot looking past the back of the House of Truth (right).

House of Truth and Gong (foreground, of course). Quite queer name. I’ll have to ask Hucka D. again about it, to see if he gives the same answer. Sometimes you can get multiple answers to the same question. Often.

Small wood in front of the bar beside House of Truth, unnamed as of yet. This would be similar to the same bar and view in Orion’s Vale; that’s the inspiration anyway.

Baker lounging atop a vacant house sitting right next to Gong, a long standing structure, and one that was there when I rented land in Yeot last May.

Then we move to Pietmond and a new view outside of the transparent wall of Orange House, second floor. Baker likes!

Another shot of the upper floor of the new-ish TILE Cathedral and the mysterious pod-shaped object. More enigmas wrapped in riddles to be found there for certain.

Last shot of Pietmond before the deletion of Gallery Jack in the background.

Blast from the past…

Haven’t identified myself with realistic art in forever, but I thought it really cool that an old roomie, who I’d just befriended on facebook, recently posted a 30 year old drawing of mine that I thought was lost forever. I have deeper connections with Zappa now than then, so it touches the soul. I remember really getting into drawing that hair. Remember it also being taped to a wall in a dorm bathroom when I was a sophomore in college. Strange and good times. But not nearly as good as now. Have no idea how this particular roommate took the snapshot of the drawing, who would have been my senior flatmate instead. Here’s to you Charlie! Well done. And, of course, here’s to you, Frank. I feel like I know you much better now.
