First and Second Life at least.

“Real Life Sharon turned out to be a bust, Hucka D. No hiking options there that I could find. Sad, but of course I should most likely focus on Blue Mountain (for hiking) now.”

Hucka D.:

You know that a return to the Sharon you once knew is not possible. Later on, yes, with time machines and all. But now — blocked. Mythopolis was a good place to grow up but then move on from. Your father I don’t think understood your need to do that.

bb:

Really?

Hucka D.:

No, he loved Mythopolis kind of like you love Blue Mountain. He thought it the be all end all. (pause) His was more a people thing[, though].

bb:

I haven’t decided what network I should be a part of — at all. Really starting to see the limits of Second Life art scene. I love Second Life still, naturally, and probably will keep hanging out there…

Hucka D.:

… Sunklands is still a factor and a force. Keep creating Sunklands Today. And of course that’s where St. Nick of Barkley lived when he moved from Wazob and the Sharon you just skirted around today in your car. That road (Ridgecreek Drive) cut it cleanly in half, de-energizing it a number of years ago now. Your Ladyslipper shack is also gone, visible from this very road. When this cut occur, Sharon in essence wilted and died. That’s when St. Nick of Barkley decided to save whatever Sharon represented by moving the essential energy to Second Life — Your Second Lyfe. Sunklands is the result.

bb:

Should I keep reading the old Mythos notebooks, Hucka D.?

Hucka D. (after a pause):

Yes.

bb:

So… this new collage, maybe the *true* last in this little Slipper Men series, is about the death of Sharon the Mythos country.

Hucka D.:

Yes, it’s a monument to such, a headstone. Sharon (head)Stone.

bb:

A memorial, especially, to the Ladyslipper community of Sharon, whose symbolic shack has now been apparently destroyed.

Hucka D.:

Destroyed, yes. (pause) Good that you went there today to find all this out.

bb:

And of course the collage also represents MessiaenSphere, and the two male co-stars looking on either side of the gap that represents Sharon Stone — the missing star of the movie in this collage. The center… center stage.

Hucka D.:

Ridgecreek Road of Mytholopolis, your Morganton, overlaps the River Key of England, a short tributary of the Thames. A River Runs Through It.

bb:

I also think this door represents an opening, a specific one and connected with Stone.

Hucka D.:

Yes (smiles). She didn’t like that association and wouldn’t like it here.

bb:

The two disembodied statue leg parts probably represent Poplin and Gore Creeks surrounding the old Ladyslipper location, Hucka D.

Hucka D.:

Fractured, just like Sharon itself… a part of Sharon… part of the same body (Constantine I statue).

bb:

The joined numbers 8 and 9 appear again in this collage also, like they did in “Salthole”. On the water height measuring stick to the right now.

Hucka D.:

The Stone is death. 60 minutes, a complete circle. LMNO, with the missing, last “P” in the pod.
